Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas and Mexican Rice

I totally forgot to take a picture, but here are the recipes anyways!

Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas

2 chicken breasts
1/2 can green chilles
1 red, green, and orange bell pepper, sliced
1/2 sliced yellow onion
1 package of McCormick fajita seasoning
1/2 cup water

Add all ingredients in your slow cooker. Set on low and let cook for 8 hours. When you get to the 6th hour, take a fork and knife and shred up the chicken. Continue on low. Microwave corn tortillas for 30 sec on until desired warmth. Serve with salsa and lime!

Mexican Rice in the Rice Cooker

1 cup rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 can tomato paste
2 tbsp butter
1/2 can green chillies
3 dashes of garlic powder
1/2 diced onion
1/2 cup frozen mixed veggies (corn, peas, and carrots)

Add all ingredients to rice cooker and follow manufacturer's directions.
