Sweet & Tangy Pulled Pork


1 Pork Roast
1 sliced onion
1 bottle of Simply Boulder Pineapple Ginger sauce (found at Sprouts, Whole Foods, and other health food stores)
1/2 cup warm water
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp cayenne pepper sauce
1/2 tsp salt

Put ingredients in your crock pot, one by one. Set on high for 4 to 6 hours, or until tender enough to pull apart with a fork. Serve over rice or on a gluten free bun. This was probably the most delicious pulled pork I have ever tasted. I have never made pulled pork before, so I am pretty proud of myself. My husband is a huge lover of pulled pork, and he is now my number one fan of my pulled pork recipe. My confidence is pretty high at this moment. So I for sure recommend this recipe.
