Comfort Food 1: Tomato Soup & Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

November is the ultimate month for comfort food. Winter is creeping up, yummy scents fill the air, and the suspense of delicious food to fill our belly's. To get inspired for this post I decided to divulge into the most loved comfort food. Tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches! For my busy schedule, this is the easiest to prepare. Another plus is that it is a kiddie favorite. So what do I use that is completely gluten free?

Creamy Tomato Soup from Trader Joes
Tillamook Cheese (also vegetarian) sliced and shredded
Schar Gluten Free Multi Grain Bread
Knudsen Sour Cream
3 Cherry Tomatos, sliced
Salt and Pepper

Heat up your boxed soup, add 2 sliced cherry tomatos. Once heated, pour into bowl. Add shredded cheese, a dollop of sour cream, and salt and pepper as desired.
Slice cheese and place on your slices of bread. Add 1 sliced cherry tomato to top of cheese. Place in toaster oven on broil - for about 3 min.
