Gluten Free Caramel Apple Crisp For Two

I found this recipe floating around Pinterest (what else is new). It wasn't originally gluten free, but I added it to my GF board, reminding myself to convert it. Since it is Fall, now was a good time to try this recipe out. The original recipe comes from Hil's Blog. I changed a few things, but nothing drastic. I just made it gluten free and specified what apples to use. I also made it in one baking dish, instead of two small ramekins. Enjoy!

2 medium apples (I used Granny Smith), peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp Caramel Topping
2 Tbsp Gluten Free All Purpose Flour (I used Bob's Red Mill)
1/4 cup brown Sugar
2 Tbsp butter
1/4 cup Gluten Free cooking oats
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Ice Cream (optional)

Place apple slices in a small, greased baking dish. Spoon caramel topping over the apples. In a small bowl, combine flour and brown sugar; cut in the butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbles. Add oats and cinnamon. Mix well. Sprinkle mixture over apples slices and caramel. 
Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35 to 40 min or until apples are tender. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
